Frequently asked Questions
Depending on the model, riding style, mode used, and terrain, each full charge will give you up to 75 minutes of riding time.
Charging a GOBIKE battery takes approximately 60 minutes.
The GOBIKE battery is specifically designed for use with GOBIKE models only. We are not against the use of power tool batteries, but you will need a custom adapter made with a 3D printer. We have not tried this yet. Use at your own risk.
Aside from their aesthetic appeal, suspension forks provide better control on rough terrain and improve front-end comfort and handling.
We have used a large number of standard parts that you can acquire from your local bike shop! Such as the brakes, grips, forks, handlebars, tubes, seats, tyres, etc.
At a minimum, we recommend ALWAYS using a helmet and closed-toed shoes. Gloves and protective clothing are also recommended to minimise injury in case of an accident. Check local laws for additional legal requirements.
GOBIKE does not supply or manufacture training wheels, but you can attach them. Most training wheels purchased from your local bike shop or other bikes you have can fit easily.
Make sure they are sturdy enough to support your child and the bike. Follow the training wheel manufacturer’s instructions. GOBIKE is not responsible for any incidents on bikes with attached training wheels. We recommend straight from a standard balance bike to a 12- inch electric balance bike.

GOBIKES are not 100% waterproof and are not designed for extreme wet or mud conditions. Occasional small puddles or damp turf won’t damage the bike if it’s thoroughly cleaned and dried afterwards. Frequent exposure to wet conditions can damage the electronics and reduce the bike’s lifespan.
GOBIKE’S are not designed for pressure washer cleaning. Remove the battery. before hose and bucket cleaning. Allow it to dry before re- inserting the battery.
GOBIKES are not intended for use in public facilities, road use, competitions, or races. They are designed for private use in backyards and training tracks. Our kids get around the track faster on their 16inch GOBIKE then they do on their PeeWee 50

GOBIKE Electric Balance Bikes are delivered 80% pre-assembled. Attaching the handlebar and front wheel takes about 15 minutes with basic DIY skills. A basic Toolkit will be provided in package.
