Purchased the 12 inch bike about a year and a half ago. I’m on property and it has been through the trenches and still doesn’t miss a beat. It has been such an amazing little bike for my 3 year old. He went straight from a balance bike to this with no training wheels and then straight onto a 16inch push bike with no training wheels. got this 12in bike for my little mate and he was absolutely stoked with it. unfortunately the original battery carked it after 2 month and just stopped charging which was pretty frustrating tbh. emailed support expecting a massive headache but they were actually spot on. sent a replacement battery out under warranty straight down to berry no dramas at all. swapped it over and the young fella is back zooming around the yard happier than ever. solid little bike and good to see a company actually honour their warranty
