It's the electric bike Black Friday sale for Aussie families with riders aged 1 to 13 and up: the GoBike 12 for toddlers and first rides, the 16 for kids stepping up, the 20 for bike-park regulars and the 24 for teens and adults. To get the best deal, check your rider's size with our electric balance bike size guide before the sale, join the list for early access from Wednesday 25 November, and order before your Christmas cut-off. Black Friday FAQs
When does the GoBike Black Friday sale start and end?
The sale starts Friday 27 November at 12:00 am AEDT and ends Monday 30 November at 11:59 pm AEDT. List subscribers get early access from Wednesday 25 November, two days before everyone else.
Can I use a promo code on top of the sale price?
The 5% comes from the Black Friday code, and one code can be used per order, so it can't be combined with another promo code. List subscribers get the code by email on Wednesday 25 November. Half-price shipping and the free Crew T-shirt are added automatically.
Can I pay with Afterpay or Lay-By during the sale?
Yes. Afterpay, Klarna, Zip and PayPal all work as usual, and Lay-By is available on orders from $500. The Black Friday code works with every payment option, including Lay-By.
Will a Black Friday order arrive before Christmas?
Yes. Every order ships the same day. Metro delivery takes 2–5 business days and WA and regional areas 5–10, so Black Friday orders arrive well before 25 December.
Can I return something I bought on sale?
Yes. Sale items follow our normal policy: unused bikes in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law and the 1-year warranty are unchanged.
